If we need a screen to be used in multiple languages, we must follow the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate to Translation->Software ->Tools ->Screen Translation (GESAMD). Refer the Screenshot 1.
Step 2: Select the record for which we need to do the translation. Refer the Screenshot 2.
Step 3: For the record in the Reference Language field, enter the language in which the text is expressed. Refer the Screenshot 3.
Step 4: For the record in the Translation Language field, enter the language in which the text is to be translated. Refer the Screenshot 4.
Step 5: We can see the fields and their corresponding titles in the Reference Language. If the translation is already present and when we select the language, the text will display; if there is no translated text, it will display as empty. Refer the Screenshot 5.
Step 6: Now, enter the translation for the fields. Once done, save & validate. Refer the Screenshot 6.
Step 7: Now, log in with the translated language, go to the screen and check the titles; these will be in the translated language. Refer the Screenshot 7.
