How to resolve the “non-existent product for the reception site” error in Sage X3

Step 1: Navigation to all—Sales—-Sales—-Order—-Order. Refer to the screenshot 1.

Step 2: Create a sales order using the below examples:

 Sales site “AO011” and Sold-to “AO021” and Product “BMS015”. Refer to the screenshot 2.

Step 3: When trying to select a product in the sales order, the message is coming.

Step 4: Navigation to all—-Common data—-Common data—-Products——Products-sites.

Step 5: Open the product-site function and click on the NEW button using the below example:  

Select the stock site “AO011” and product “BMS030” and create it. Refer to the screenshot 5.

Solution: TheAO011” site is not set up for the “BMS030” product; we will set up your “AO011” site for “BMS030” on the product site.
