Step 1: In the main menu, select Marketing Module:
Then, under the Preference category, select the Campaign Class (CR202500) form, and after opening the form on the form toolbar, click the Add button for a new Campaign class (as in Screenshot 1 and 2).

Step 2: In the summary area, specify the following details:
- Campaign Class ID: The unique identifier of the lead class.
- Description: A brief description of the lead class. An alphanumeric string of up to 30 characters can be used (screenshot 3).

After specifying the details on the form toolbar, click Save.
