A Sage X3 V12 user may face the VACBPR field error while creating the back-to-back order by using the Back-to-Back order menu under the sales order. Let learn how to resolve the VACBPR error following the steps and screenshots explained below-
Step-1: Navigation -> Sales -> Orders -> Order
A sage X3V12 user can create a sales order by using any active product in the master data. The Product record must follow the sales site, which we have selected in the sales order screen, and the back-to-back order check box should be active in the item record as explained in screenshot #1 below-

After the creation of the sales order in the Sage ERP system, click on the Back-to-Back order menu in the sales order screens. The system will display the below error screenshot in the log file, as in screenshot #2

Step-2: Navigation -> Common data -> Products -> Products
The NA051 supplier code hasn’t matched with the ZAF legislation so, we need to add the ZAF legislation supplier under the supplier tab in the Product record. Refer to the below screenshot #3.

Step-3 Navigation -> Sales -> Orders -> Orders
After completing the above steps, open/refresh the sales order which we had created earlier and click on the Back-to-Back order menu in the sales order screen. The system will generate the purchase order as per the setup. Refer to the below logfile screenshot #4.
