Step 1: In the main menu select Marketing Module:
Then under the Preference category select the Business Account Class (CR208000) form and open it after opening the form on the form toolbar, click the Add button to create a new Lead class as explained in Screenshots 1, 2, and 3.
Step 2: In the summary area specify the following details:
- Business Account Class ID: The unique identifier of the lead class.
- Description: A brief description of the lead class. An alphanumeric string of up to 30 characters can be used.
To prevent users of the Self-Service Portal from seeing any records from the class Select the Internal Check box (screenshot 4).
After specifying the details on the form toolbar click Save.
