In Sage X3 reports sometimes we need to set a default destination for report printing. For example, let’s take a standard purchase order report=BONCDE2. Every time we print this report, we need to print it in PDF format then by following below steps we can achieve it.
Step 1: Navigate to: Development > Script dictionary > Reports (GESARP). Refer the Screenshot 1.
Step 2: Next open the standard report and select the destination according to your requirement in the Destination field. Here we will select the preview type as destination, like wise we can select the Destination as per our requirement and save the record. Refer the Screenshot 2.
Now, whenever you print the report, it will by default get printed as per your setup destination.
