Step 1: In the main menu select Marketing Module:
Then under the Preference category select the Campaign Class (CR202500) form and on open it after opening the form on the form toolbar, click the Add button for a new Campaign class, refer to Screenshot 1 and 2.
Step 2: In the summary area specify the following details:
- Campaign Class ID: The unique identifier of the lead class.
- Description: A brief description of the lead class, as in Screenshot 3. An alphanumeric string of up to 30 characters can be used.
After specifying the details on the form toolbar click Save.
