As a Sage X3 developer, the following error pops up when I try to create a miscellaneous receipt with status A at the location type LOC, refer to screenshot 1-
Follow the below process to achieve this error.
Navigate to: Common data > Product tables > Location types
Go to the location types function and select the location type as LOC-like, as below in screenshot 2.
In the above screenshot 2, the location type LOC has authorized sub statuses as Q and R, which is why it does not allow for A-status transactions.
Add “A” in the Authorized sub-status field, then save the record. Refer to the below screenshot 3 for a better understanding.
Now try to create the Miscellaneous receipts. It will allow the location for A status. Refer to screenshot 4.
