Error: “Cannot get error information from the carrier since the company’s linear UOM is not supplied”.
In order to resolve this error, below mentioned are the steps:
1. Open the Companies (CS101500) form.
2. Specify the UOM in the Company Details tab.
3. And at last, click on Save button.
4. Now confirm the shipment, the system will not trigger any error message.
