While creating the sales order, the sold-to-customer field pops up with the error Inactive. Refer to screenshot 1.
The above screenshot has an issue with customer ZAJC1.
Follow the below process to resolve this issue.
Navigate to: Common Data > BPs > Customers
Go to the Customer function and select ZAJC1. Refer to screenshot 2.
In the above screenshot, the Active option is unchecked for the ZAJC1 customer.
Check the Active box, save the changes, and create the sales order. It won’t display any errors for the customer. Refer to screenshots 3 and 4.
