When the user tries to confirm the shipment from the Shipments (SO30200) form, the following error might trigger: “Confirmation for every package is required. Please confirm and retry.”
Below mentioned are the steps to resolve the error:
Step 1: In the main menu select the Sales Order module. Then under the Transactions category select the Shipments (SO30200) form. Open the record for which the error was getting triggered.
Step 2: On the Packages tab select the Confirm check box in the line and in the Contents of Selected Packages section add the line and, on the form toolbar click Save.
Now upon confirming the shipment, the system will not trigger the error message.
