Step 1: Expand the Customization menu and choose Edit Generic Inquiry on the Generic Inquiry of Sales Order (SO3010PL) screen.
Step 2: The general inquiry screen, with the Sales Order pre-selected. Go to the Results grid and pick the data field row you like to change, then in the caption column enter the name you want and click Save on the form toolbar. After saving the generic inquiry on the form toolbar, click view inquire, and the system will browse to the SO primary list with modification.
