It is always important to know the patch version of Sage X3 on which we are working on. Version 12 also has different patch levels. There is way to know the patch level.
To know on which patch level your system just navigate to
Administration > Utilities > Update > About. Please refer below screenshot.
Click on the About menu it will take you to below screen.
The highlighted box contains the information of folders present in the server. Click on any one of them It will take you to below screen
In this way we can find the patch level in sageX3 Version12 (V12).
