Step 1: In the main menu, select Marketing Module:
Then, select the Business Account Class (CR208000) form under the Preference category and open it. After opening the form on the form toolbar, click the Add button to create a new Lead class (Screenshot 1, 2, and 3).
Step 2: In the summary area, specify the following details:
- Business Account Class ID: The unique identifier of the lead class.
- Description: A brief description of the lead class. An alphanumeric string of up to 30 characters can be used.
To prevent users of the Self-Service Portal from seeing any records from the class Select the Internal Check box (Screenshot 4).
After specifying the details on the form toolbar, click Save.
