In Acumatica, items can be transferred from one warehouse to another using the Two-step transfer in the Transfer form.
In Acumatica, items can be transferred from one warehouse to another house and can be processed in the following steps.
Step1: In the main menu, select inventory;
Then, under the transaction category, select Transfer and open a new record as in screenshots 1, 2, and 3-
Step 2: In the Transfer type box of the Summary area, select 2-Step and select the warehouse and warehouse ID boxes, as shown in screenshot four below.
Step 3: In the details tab, click the add button, specify the item, warehouse, and quantity, and click on save on the form toolbar; refer to screenshot 5.
Step 4: After saving the record on the form toolbar, click release to release the Transfer. After releasing the record, the status changed from balanced to released; screenshots 6 and 7-
Step 5: Now navigate to the Receipts form and open a new record, screenshots 8, 9, and 10.

Step 6: In the summary area, specify the Transfer Nbr box. After specifying the box, the system will add one line in the details tab we created in the previous transfer form. After that, on the form toolbar, click on save and later click on Release to transfer items to the destination warehouse. Now the status changes from Balanced to Released, screenshots 11 and 12.
