Learn about activating system-wide security auditing for events.

Consider a scenario in which, in addition to the auditing of user actions that is already enabled by default, the management of your business wants to monitor the publication of customizations and forced user sign-outs as a result of the user cap being reached.

Step1: In main menu or Work Space User security module;

Then under Preference category select Security preference (SM201060) form and open it.

Step2: Examine the default checkboxes in the Audit section, which are as follows:

  • Login
  •  Login Failed
  • Logout
  • Screen Accessed
  • Session Expired
  • Send Email Success
  • Send Email Error

Select the following checkboxes in the same area

  • Customization Published
  • License Exceeded
