Step1: In the main menu, select Marketing Module:

Then, under the Preference category, select the Contact Class form (CR205000), and after opening the form on the form toolbar, click the Addbutton to create a new Contact class as in Screenshot 1, 2, and 3-

Step2: In the summary area, Specify the following details:

To prevent users of the Self-Service Portal from seeing any records from the class, Select the Internal Check box (Screenshot 4).

After specifying the details on the form toolbar, click Save.
